One day yoga workshop with Julia Osbeck and Leonie Clements at Goostrey Methodist Church, CW4 8PA.

The one day workshop will focus on variations on the sun salutation (Surya Namaskara) along with time to experiment with some fun, playful poses which help keep our yoga practice lighthearted! Breathing (pranayama), mindfulness and relaxation in the afternoon.
