hope you had a happy (windy and wet) Halloween and I thought I’d just write a quick note about forthcoming classes.
So tonight those of you booked on my Monday Fusion and Pilates classes at High Storrs school will be back for a new course, which lasts until the middle of December (13th) after which we’ll take a break for Christmas. If you have booked on my Wednesday Pilates and Yoga classes, the new set of classes commences on November 10th through til December 15th. If you fancy joining us, there’s a few spaces left in the Wednesday yoga class 7-7.55pm so do get in touch: [email protected]
My online yoga class continues every week Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm. You can join in this class on an adhoc basis or request a class recording anytime. It’s a lovely laidback class where you can do as much or as little as you like, aimed at making you feel good and reduce stress and muscular tension. If you’re new to yoga it’s worth emailing me first to discuss any health conditions.
My online pilates class is Fridays 11-12pm but unfortunately has been postponed for this week and it’s now looking like next week too, due to building work at our house. I am having my basement converted into a small yoga space to offer one-to-ones so it’s exciting but disruptive right now! I will keep you updated about when we can get back to our normal routine.
