It has been an absolute pleasure teaching yoga and pilates this year to all my regulars at High Storrs School, Bents Green S11. We have practiced throughout the year from cold crisp nights to blazing hot summer evenings.
Since the pandemic I like so many others, have changed the way I work and now run my classes on a term time basis. This is working out really well, gives the group members a chance to practice regularly and get to know each other and have enough physical space for comfort. I’m still continuing to teach a couple of online classes every week which are available on a drop in, ad hoc basis for those of you who live at a distance (or overseas!), or who simply prefer to exercise in the comfort of your own home. You also have the option to purchase a class recording for just £5 per class and there are some people whose preference is for a weekly recording year round – so let me know if you would like to do that too.
Summer Schedule for pilates and yoga
Over summer, I will be adjusting my usual schedule so that there’s an evening online class available to attend for anyone who wants to drop in. This is temporarily replacing my usual online classes, to allow those who normally attend my face-to-face classes at High Storrs School to join if they’re able to.
Starting from Thursday 28th July:
Pilates via Zoom on Thursdays 6-6.45pm (£7 drop in or £5 for a recording – you can also use your virtual ten class pass if you have one for these classes)
Yoga via Zoom on Thursdays 7-8pm (£7 drop in or £5 for a recording – you can also use your virtual ten class pass if you have one for these classes)
Please note, there will be no class on Thursday 25th August. Last class on the summer schedule is Thursday 1st September then we’ll revert back to our normal timetable.

Next term’s classes now available to book
Details of the next set of face-to-face classes at High Storrs School are as follows:
Mondays: Fusion 6-6.45pm, Pilates 7-7.45pm, 5th September – 17th October £49 per course for 7 weeks
Wednesdays: Pilates 6-6.45pm and Yoga 7-7.55pm, 7th September – 19th October, £49 per pilates course and £56 for the yoga course for 7 weeks
How to pay: Please pay via online bank transfer once I have confirmed a place is available. Alternatively you can pay by cash (just let me know).
Drop-In Option Possible if Space
Usually Autumn is a busier time for pilates and yoga so it’s good to get your place booked in and sorted asap. However if there are any spaces left nearer the start date, there may also be the option to drop in for £10 per session so it’s always worth getting in touch if you fancy getting to a few sessions even if you are juggling a hectic work schedule.
