From 29th September to October 6th I am away in Italy teaching on a Pilates and Yoga Holiday (I know, hard life!).

So a few classes won’t be on that week –

Mon 30th Sept: no Fallowfield class but the Didsbury evening class is being covered and still ON!

Tues 1st Oct: Maria Kelly should be covering my morning yoga class at David Lloyd Trafford, please check with Lotus Five to see if they have got cover for my evening Hot Yoga classes.

Weds 2nd Oct: Energie yoga class should have cover (check with the gym!) and my evening yoga class in Didsbury is being covered by Tara and is still ON!

Thurs 3rd and Fri 4th Oct: no classes scheduled for today

All my classes will be back on as usual the following week.
