Treat yourself to a lovely, recharging morning of movement and relaxation.
The workshop will include:
Yoga (both dynamic, flowing sequences and slow, restorative stretches) to help your body open, feel freer and release stiffness
Pilates to provide strength and conditioning, helping you walk taller and feel more balanced
Spiky ball fascia releases – and the spiky ball is yours to keep afterwards to use at home!
Breathwork and meditation exercises to help your mind focus, calm and feel truly connected to the present
Relaxation time to unwind and give your body and mind deep rest
Tea, coffee and I will be making my almond and cocoa energy balls for our mid morning break
